 Organic Free Range Slow Cooked & Smoked Meats

Our meats are typically smoked between 6-12 hours, and our mains are tender and full of flavour.

Whether pulled or sliced, the meats we serve are cooked low and slow, giving you a melt-in-your-mouth moment. 

Our Victorian farmers take their time raising their stock, making sure they are pesticide-free, certified organic, and beyond free-range.

We believe the cooking process should be just as slow and intentional.

ABOUT OUR CERTIFIED ORGANIC GRASS-FED BEEF
Hagen's Organics are proud to provide our community with high quality Victorian farmed beef. Our beef is certified organic, raised on Victorian farms, by local farming families. All beef is predominantly grass-fed and live their lives outside as free range cattle.

One of our longest farming relationships is with Nev, Carol and their son, Scott, of Wattle Grove Farm based in Euroa, Victoria. We have been working with the Bredden's since the 1990's and they have consistently produced and supplied Hagen's Organics with premium quality organic beef.

Their herd is predominantly Belted Galloway breed of cattle, that spend their days roaming the paddocks in their social groups. No synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fungicide are used on this property, organic principles drive how these cows are bred, raised and fed.

ABOUT OUR FREE RANGE PORK
Our free range pork is sourced from McIvor farm in Tooborac, Jason and Belinda implement holistic and regenerative farming practices. Using the pigs to plough and fertilise the land they are able to restore the soil and increase the soil and plant biodiversity.  McIvor Farm balance animal welfare, good environmental farming and producing healthy, nutritious, great tasting Pork. 

The pigs are beyond free range, happily spending their entire lives outside in their social groups, with access to shelter, food and water. The pigs enjoy a diet of pasture and are supplemented with 100% Australian grains, non-GMO and antibiotic-free feed. 

Berkshire pork is prized for its juiciness, flavour and tenderness. It’s commonly marbled and suited to long, slow cooking and is sought after for its crackle.

ABOUT OUR ORGANIC LAMB
Raised in open meadows though out Victoria, Hagens Lamb is free of antibiotics and growth hormones. The lambs eat a 100% grass fed. The result? Delicate flavor and tenderness beyond compare.
