Wood-Fired Hamburgers & Hand-Cut Chips
The burgers served at Ric's are the result of the marriage between wood, fire, bread and meat.
Beef patties are crafted from a premium cut that is dry-aged for 14 days and sourced from pasture-fed Black Angus grown ethically and sustainably in Gippsland, Victoria.
The bread is a custom pure sourdough roll baked by Casa Dolce in Beaumaris.
The crispy, golden chips are hand-cut daily using premium Kennebec potatoes sourced from Hawkes farm in Mornington Peninsula.
Ric's mission is to perfect the artistry of crafting a delicious hamburger that Preston is proud to call its own by using the finest ingredients sourced sustainably and ethically from local farms and suppliers.
